London: Darjeeling Express launches seven-course dine at home menu for nationwide delivery.
We are delighted and proud to announce that Darjeeling Express are introducing a seven course dine-at-home experience, available now for nationwide delivery in partnership with BigNight.app.
The seven-course menu, “With love, from me to you” is curated by Asma Khan as a love letter to friends, supporters and food lovers to help them escape from the hollowness of lockdown and experience the warmth of Darjeeling Express, from the comfort of their own dining tables.
“I am so very grateful for the love and support from so many on our journey from Soho to Covent Garden, from one lockdown to another. As I sadly cannot open my door to you, I would like you to open yours to me and let me cook for you and your loved ones. Enjoyable in the comfort of your own home. Set your worries aside, let our food nourish you. With love, from me to you” says Khan.
This feast needs minimal preparation, with some dishes requiring a few finish-at-home touches. Simple guidance on how to heat and best serve each course is provided in each delivery kit. This menu also offers a full vegetarian option.
Orders need to be placed on https://darjeeling-express.bignight.app/ by Tuesday night for delivery on Friday during the day.
Deli by Darjeeling Express, located in Covent Garden, has been operating since November 2020 as a take away, collection and home delivery service and is open Wednesday to Saturday. The much anticipated hot snack venue serves masala chai, hot toasties and street food.

Asma and her team continue to also offer their signature Chicken Biriyani for delivery Nationwide. The Chicken Biryani serves two people and comes with its classic accompaniment of Mirchi Ka Salaan, Raita & Tomato chutney. We also offer a Vegan Biryani, accompanied by Mirchi Ka Salaan, Kachumar salad & Tomato chutney. Further details on these activities will be made available on www.darjeeling-express.com.

Darjeeling Express started as a dinner for 12 guests at home, serving Indian food lovingly cooked from family recipes that go back to generations.
Asma Khan is the Owner and Chef of Darjeeling Express. In 2015, she opened a pop-up in a Soho pub to much acclaim, and Darjeeling Express, the Kingly Court, London restaurant opened its doors in June 2017.
